Dr Lynda Folan is an Organisational Psychologist, renowned Leadership and Organisational Development specialist, and author of ‘Leader Resilience, The New Frontier of Leadership (2021)’. With over 35 years of working with businesses and a strong academic background in organisational psychology, Lynda is an expert in delivering successful cultural and organisational change and building excellence in leadership. As the Founder and Managing Director of Inspired Development Solutions, Lynda heads up a team that provides leading-edge and bespoke solutions for businesses across the globe.

Lynda’s life, career and studies have spanned three continents and over a hundred counties. She held a series of board-level positions at companies including The Hard Rock Café, Arcadian International Hotel Group, The Number and Tesco, before setting up Inspired Development Solutions.

Lynda is a Doctor of Organisational Psychology (Murdoch University), a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She holds a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Consulting Psychology from Murdoch University, and an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa.
